“My participation in Alex's course offered essential insights into the internal processes of screenwriting and cinematic art. Alex's knowledge in the field is impressive and their didactic methodology sets didactic approach sets a benchmark in a subject that has been largely ignored by the Greek educational system. They introduced us to the field with passion, using classical teaching and interactive techniques, making learning both a game and a pleasure. The experience was extremely useful and instructive for all of us working in the broader audiovisual arts. Thank you Alex!”

“I attended the course for writing short film scripts with Alex. They were very knowledgeable and worked hard to introduce us to the wonderful world of short films, which I had previously ignored — and usually passed by. Their lessons were rich not only in technical information but also in general aesthetics — something you find in people who truly love and serve art. I wish them a rich and inspiring career!”

“Alex teaches you not only how to write a screenplay, but also how to read cinema from the perspective of story, characters, and plot. Their instruction is systematic and supported by lots of examples from movies and screenplays. As I learned to write in the precise, economical style that screenwriting demands, stories began flooding my mind that I wanted to tell because I had found a way to tell them. And I began writing them — and who knows, maybe they will find their way to the screen.”

“I had the pleasure of participating in the short film seminar in 2017. It felt like an oasis in my week. I learned about technical and practical scriptwriting issues that were very interesting. We watched scenes from films related to each topic, shared views, and received lots of food for thought on generating ideas for our own scripts. Alex is trained in all these areas, making the education complete. I would be very happy to take the course again and highly recommend it.”
